1. Find the fault and enter your name
Filter by distribution board, status or electrician. Open a fault to read the technician's original note and inspect the cropped drawing. Enter your own name in Your name. Choose Start work if you are beginning the repair, or submit directly once the work is complete. Previously used names appear as suggestions.
2. Record the rectification
After completing the work, open the fault, enter your name, tick the confirmation and submit. This moves it to Awaiting Onebit Verification. Add a short note explaining what was corrected.
3. Onebit reviews and closes
A Onebit reviewer signs in with the reviewer PIN, checks the work and closes the fault. A reviewer can reopen a task with a reason. Typing a name does not authenticate an electrician; work-start and completion records are self-reported.
Drawing updates
An hourly cloud check has been configured in Australia/Sydney, analysing new, changed or pending drawings. Each check reads the shared Drive folder and saves reviewed updates to this register. Existing task history stays with matching faults. Changed notes require review; annotations removed from a drawing are flagged rather than automatically completed.
What is included
Lighting control faults reported by Onebit technicians, including eligible yellow highlighted notes. Notes labelled “Onebit internal notes” are excluded. Uncertain board or location details are flagged for Onebit review rather than guessed.
Reviewer access
Sign in with your Onebit reviewer PIN to review completed work. Entering Your name records the repairer; it does not sign you in as a reviewer.
